Below is all the information you should need regarding our returns policy and procedures. If you are unsure of anything please do not hesitate to email sakksmenswear@btconnect.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
• Once you have placed your order, you are entitled to cancel it so long as it has not been dispatched yet.
• To do this, send an email to sakksmenswear@btconnect.com quoting your name and details of your order.
• If your order has not been dispatched, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded in full.
• If you order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait until it arrives and return it as below.
• Once your order arrives, you are entitled to return your items within 7 working days upon receipt of goods.
• You can only return items if they are unworn, undamaged and with any original labels and packaging intact.
• If your returned items meet the criteria above, you can either exchange for another product or have a refund.
• To return items, send an email to sakksmenswear@btconnect.com quoting your order no, name &address, the item(s) being returned and reasons for return. Then state if you require a refund or exchange.
• Use a signed-for courier service to send the items back to us.
• Please allow 5-10 working days for the amount to appear back in your bank account.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange purchases of underwear or fragrances.
• If we receive any returns after 7 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will no longer accept anything after 7 working days have expired.
• If you believe your item(s) to have a manufacturing fault, please email sakksmenswear@btconnect.com
• If any part of your order is damaged or missing, please email the above address within 7 days of delivery.
• Each case of faulty, damaged or missing items will be handled on an individual basis.
