Having worked in the conventional capacity as a managing director of a large chain of estate agents over the last 20 years, Charles Powell is my opportunity to "release the shackles" and provide a unique and bespoke professional agency that appeals to clients selling country estates through to first time homes.

This is a family run business, operating 7 days a week with an innovative, fresh and extensive marketing strategy tailored to each property. However, sophisticated marketing does not need to be incredibly expensive for our clients which is why I feel Charles Powell provides excellent value for money through lower fees.

The Romsey and New Forest area is a stunning part of the world in which to live or own a second home. As local residents we take pride in giving friendly and professional advice to all our clients and above all, we are passionate about what we do.

We are open 7 days a week and available to accompany viewings or provide market appraisals in the evenings and throughout the weekend ensuring every enquiry on your home is never left to chance.
